PRINCETON, NJ, September 16, 2009 - NAI Global, the world's premier network of commercial real estate firms and one of the largest real estate service providers worldwide, announced the promotion of Edward Finn to Chief Operating Officer. He will continue to serve as Corporate Counsel.
Finn joined NAI Global in 1999 as General Counsel after more than 20 years as a private practice attorney in Chicago and Washington, DC, and most recently served as Executive voice President & Corporate Counsel. Responsible for all legal matters involving NAI, including member and client contracts, he is now expanding his role to include management duties and to provide strategic counsel to the Company.

Prior to attending law school, Ed helped to develop the business plan for NAI (then New America Network). After receiving his JD from Northwestern University, he joined the Chicago law firm of Schiff Hardin & Waite, where he specialized in energy law and regulatory litigation. Immediately prior to joining NAI Global, Ed served as a partner at the firm's Washington, DC office.
