Cohen & Associates, a real estate investment firm, acquired the 140-unit luxury apartment complex Renaissance Walk at 171 Auburn Ave. in Atlanta, GA, from Bank of America for $12.5 million or $89,286 per unit, in an REO sale. The five-story property has a total of 161-units with lower level retail with 21 of the units sold as condominiums prior to the sale. The property was built in 2007.
