Most Deeds bear an interest greater than 6 to 7% fixed APR and Commercial Properties have at least a 8.0% cap rate or better.
There are payments arranged in nice quarterly increments.

The Market is changing in favor of Private lenders from all ends. If Banks are not able to meet the needs of consumers and also change their commission structures for loan originators; this will force a void that will need to be filled by private lenders.
Joining a Network of individuals who are able to pool resources together and meet the needs of Small Businesses and Home entrepreneurs who are self employed will be fantastic opportunity to get higher returns on capital, that may be just otherwise sitting unused in an IRA or 401(k) plan.
